In adedition to respect for the places and the environment in which we live and work, we are committed to maintaining and developing an eco-responsible and societal vision that we have always followed in our previous places.

We are strongly committed to respecting the environment and we combine, on a daily basis, exceptional hospitality and gastronomy with respect for Nature and an eco-responsible world with elimination of the use of plastic and careful management and recycling of waste. We follow seasonality in the choice of produce ans other food supplies focusing on locally sourced ingredients, commitments to sustainable fishing, support for companies that promote, inclusivity for disabled people in the workplace and use of drying to reduce food waste by nearly 90%.
